Waffle the Pigeon

Waffle came to us as a baby with a deformed wing, we raised him up but unfortunately he couldn’t be released, as he can’t fly properly. As a result, he has become a charming and quite bossy permanent resident of PWHRC, and enjoys exploring his aviary safe from harm.
